Which MetaTrader versions are supported?

ChartUno fully supports both MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
Just make sure to download the correct EA version for your platform.

Do I need a VPS?

No, a VPS is not required — you can use your existing setup as is.
However, please note that if MetaTrader is closed or your device is powered off, the connection will be interrupted.

How do I generate a new API key?

Go to Settings ▸ API Key in the ChartUno dashboard and click the icon to generate a new one.
Make sure to reload the EA with your new API key.

Which asset classes are supported?

ChartUno supports all assets available through your broker’s MetaTrader terminal, including:

Forex
Commodities
Indices
Crypto CFDs
Stocks

If your broker offers it, ChartUno can trade it.

Can I run multiple MetaTrader accounts?

Yes — as long as your subscription allows it.
• Free: 1 account
• Plus: up to 2 accounts
• Pro: unlimited accounts
All linked accounts will appear together in your ChartUno dashboard.

Is ChartUno compatible with funded trader accounts?

Yes – any MetaTrader account (live, demo, or funded) is supported as long as:

The broker uses standard MT4 or MT5
DLL imports and expert advisors are allowed

Note: Some prop firms restrict automated tools—check with their T&Cs before using ChartUno.

Can ChartUno place trades?

Yes — as long as your subscription allows trading.You can either:

Click the Trade button in the TradingView header to open the Trade Panel
Or place a Risk/Reward tool on the chart, right-click it, and select the Trade button
